A “hot” season for Stirling Theatre

If Quinte area residents suffer from lack of entertainment this year, it won’t be a fault of Stirling Festival Theatre. In the relief-feeling wake of covid restrictions, the theatre has arranged one of its busiest and most diverse seasons ever.

To start, on Sunday, May 14, the theatre welcomes The Legendary Stagecoach Band, followed on May 25 by Front Porch Shenanigans with Maple Drive and on June 3, Stirling Does Broadway, with a full parade of Broadway hits.

July 5-16, audiences will be kept on the edge of their seats with Myrtle Mystery.

The season culminates with the annual panto, Nov. 24 through Dec. 31. This year’s show is Alice in Newfoundland where Alice goes down the rabbit hole to a “strange and wonderful place,” Come from Away Newfoundland.

Details of each show and ticket arrangements are now available on line. More shows are in the process of being booked.
